Here's how to add an entire import to one group:
- First, you'll need to import your file into the CRM. Not sure how to import? Learn how to here.
- Already imported the file? Mouse over “Add” and select “Import contacts.” Select the appropriate “View records” link on the left side of the page, under the “Previous imports” section.
- Then, on the left side of the page select "Attach a group to each of these records" under the "Actions you can take on records from this import" section.
- Next select whether the contacts only, companies only, or both should be added to the group.
- Finally, select an existing group name or type in a new group name to add all of the contacts to that group.
