We've included all the fields and pipelines we think you need to hit the ground running with Less Annoying CRM. But the most powerful CRM tool for your business is one that is customized to your business. Most aspects of LACRM can be tweaked to meet your specific needs, and our customer service team is happy to hop on a call with you or your team to get the account set up exactly the way you want.

Getting started
Pipeline statuses tell you what step a person is within a process, but in a lot of cases, you just need more detail than that! For those situations, Less Annoying CRM has custom pipeline fields.
