Here's how to add an entire import to one pipeline:
- First, you'll need to import your file into the CRM. Not sure how to import? Learn how to here.
- Already imported the file? Mouse over “Add” and select “Import contacts.” Select the appropriate “View records” link on the left side of the page, under the “Previous imports” section.
- Then, on the left side of the page select "Attach a [Name of pipeline] to each of these records" under the "Actions you can take on records from this import" section.
- Select whether the contacts only, companies only, or both should be added to the pipeline. We recommend adding only contacts or only companies to the pipeline, not both.
- Choose the appropriate status and enter any other relevant data. Note that the status and other information will be exactly the same for all records added into the pipeline.
- Finally, select to create the pipeline.
