Pipelines can be used to track processes that you work with. Learn more about pipelines here.
From the Contact list:
- Please note: adding contacts to a pipeline in bulk will create a unique pipeline item for each selected contact with the exact same status and other pipeline details.
- Go to the main Contact list by selecting "Contacts" in the navigation bar on the left.
- If necessary, filter your contact list by any desired criteria to pull up just the appropriate records.
- Tick the "Select all" box above the first contact and select all of the records. Or, tick just the box to the left of the desired records.
- Select “Perform bulk action on [number] records” at the bottom of the screen. In the dialog that opens, select “Attach an item.” Then, select your pipeline.
- Select a status. If applicable, enter any relevant custom field data. Note that all selected records will have the exact same status and custom field values.
- Click on the button “Save [pipeline name] for [number] records.” Then, select “Attach to [number] records” to confirm the pipeline item creation.
From the pipeline report:

- Go to the desired pipeline report by mousing over “Reports” in the navigation bar on the left and selecting the appropriate pipeline name.
- If necessary, filter your pipeline report by any desired criteria to pull up just the appropriate records.
- Tick the "Select all" box above the first contact and select all of the records. Or, tick just the box to the left of the desired records.
- Select “Perform bulk action on [number] records” at the bottom of the screen. In the dialog that opens, select “Attach an item.” Then, select the desired pipeline.
- Please note: if you select the same pipeline, that will create duplicate pipeline entries on the selected contacts. This means you’ll have two pipeline items of the same pipeline on each contact.
- Select a status. If applicable, enter any relevant custom field data. Note that all selected records will have the exact same status and custom field values.
- Click on the button “Save [pipeline name] for [number] records.” Then, select “Attach to [number] records” to confirm the pipeline item creation.
