Color coding your calendar

While LACRM doesn’t have a way to color code individual events, you can set up color coding using sub-calendars. Learn more about how to color coding using sub-calendars here:

  • Please note: setting multiple calendar colors requires using different sub-calendars. If you haven’t yet, learn how to create sub-calendars here.
  • Note that if you use a calendar integration, you will need to create the same sub-calendars in Google or Outlook, and edit your integration to sync each sub-calendar separately.
  • Select "Calendar" in the navigation bar to go to the Calendar page.
  • Mouse over the desired sub-calendar under the “My calendars” section on the left.
  • Select the small arrow that appears to the right of the sub-calendar’s name. In the dropdown that appears, select "Change color."
  • Use the links to edit the calendar color. Choose from our pre-selected color options, or select a custom color.
  • Select "Change color" at the bottom of the dialog to save the changes.
  • Repeat this process for each different sub-calendar to choose the desired colors.
