Copying company data to a contact

Learn how to copy data from a company to a linked contact:

• Select to create a new contact, or edit an existing one. Learn how to create a contact here, or edit a contact here.
• Enter the appropriate company under the “Company name” field, if necessary. This feature will only work if the contact is linked to a company through the “Company name” field.
• Use the building icon next to “Email,” “Phone” and “Address” to copy data from the company to the contact.
• Be sure to select the save button at the bottom of the screen to save the information.
