Form permissions

Learn how you can share forms with other users on your account:
  • Navigate to your "Form builder" page, under Settings. Then, select the form you’d like to share.
  • Select “Permissions” in the lower right corner of the page.
  • To give individual users permission, select “Give permission to another user” and select the desired users. Choose “continue.”
  • Then, select the desired permission level to determine what the user can see.
    • Manage form: allows user to change form settings, edit fields, and view all submissions. The user will also be able to turn on email notifications for form submissions.
    • View all submissions: allows user to view the “All submissions” tab, but they cannot change anything about the form. The user will also be able to turn on email notifications for form submissions.
    • View submissions on contacts: allows user to see submissions attached to contacts they have permission to view. Prevents user from seeing the “All submissions” tab or change anything about the form.
  • Optionally, tick the box to send an email notification to the user to alert them to the newly shared form. Be sure to save changes.
  • If desired, select “Email new submissions” below the user’s name to send them an email for each new form submission.
  • To set account wide permission levels, select the appropriate option to the right of “All users on the account” near the bottom of the dialog.
  • After making the desired changes, close the dialog (no additional save necessary!).
