There are a few possible reasons you have to log into the CRM every time you pull it up on your phone. Here are a few tips to keep you logged in:
- Check the frequency with which the CRM is set to log you out (available on the Profile and login info page).
- If you’re using a bookmark to access the CRM, try re-saving the bookmark after you have logged into the CRM.
- If neither of those options help, it’s likely that there is a setting in your phone preventing it from remembering your login information. You may need to enable autofill and/or cookies on your phone’s browser, or turn off private browsing. Check with your device’s help documentation for further instructions.
