Importing contacts from Google
Learn how to run a one-time import to bring contacts from Google into LACRM:
- Mouse over "Add" and select "Import contacts" in the menu. Then select “Import from Google” near the middle of the page.
- In the dialog that opens select “Click here to pull from Google.”
- Then, choose “Run a one-time import from Google.”
- Please note: this will run a one-time import to create contacts in Google in LACRM. Going forward, new contacts added in Google will not appear in LACRM automatically, and you will need to create new contacts in LACRM.
- Select the appropriate Google account, then choose continue to sign into LACRM. Select continue again to give LACRM access to your Google account.
- Choose which contacts in Google you'd like to import to LACRM. Note that you can import all of your Google Contacts, or just one label.
- Select “Finalize the import from Google.” Once done, you’ll see a page showing some examples of your new contacts. Learn how to organize your imported records here.
