Learn how to share a form:

• Click on 'Copy link to form' on the top right corner of your screen to copy your form's URL to your clipboard. You can then paste this URL wherever you need to share this form.
• You can also click on 'View form' on the top right corner to access your form and copy the URL from the web address bar at the top of your browser
