Starred contacts

Here’s how to star your most important contacts in the CRM so they’re easy to find:

• Go to your contact’s LACRM profile, and click the star icon next to their name at the top.
• Once a contact has been starred, they’ll show up in the menu when you hover over “CRM” in the navigation bar.
• To see all starred contacts, mouse over “CRM” and go to your full list. Then, select “Filter” in the upper right and toggle “Starred contacts only” to view all of your starred contacts.
