Using the pipeline report

Note: we’re in the process of making some changes to improve the CRM. Your CRM may look a bit different now, but the functionality is the same.

Learn more about how can use your pipeline report to see your funnel.

Board layout:

  • The board layout will include a column for each active status in your pipeline, with a card for each pipeline item.
  • If you have a number or currency field, the CRM will calculate a total by status. That will appear to the right of each status column.
    • This will default to the first listed number or currency field.
    • Select a different option by clicking “Display” in the upper right and choosing “Value field.” Need to add a new field? Learn how to create custom pipeline fields here.
  • Click and drag each card to move them from one status to another. Closed statuses will appear along the bottom of the screen.

List layout:

  • The list layout will show pipeline items in order by status, with the first status at the top.
  • Select an individual pipeline item, update the status dropdown, and save it to move from one status to another.

Sorting and filtering:

  • Use the “Filter” and “Sort” options in the upper right to narrow down the pipeline items you see, or order them based on a specific value.
  • Select “Status” under “Filter” to filter to one or more specific statuses. Learn more about how to filter by pipeline status here.
  • Select “Add a filter” under “Filter” to view only items with a certain value in a selected field. Learn more about how to filter by a custom pipeline field here.
  • Select “Sort” to arrange all pipeline items in order based on the selected criteria. Learn more about how to sort the pipeline report here.
