Updating pipeline statuses in bulk

Here’s how to update a pipeline status in bulk:

• Please note: updating a pipeline status in bulk will change the status of each selected record to the newly entered status. Pipeline custom fields will not be updated in this change; if you’d like to edit pipeline custom field entries learn more here.
• Go to the desired pipeline report by mousing over “Reports” in the navigation bar on the left and selecting the appropriate pipeline name.
• If necessary, filter your pipeline report by any desired criteria to pull up just the appropriate records.
• Tick the "Select all" box above the first contact and select all of the records. Or, tick just the box to the left of the desired records.
• Select “Perform bulk action on [number] records” at the bottom of the screen. In the dialog that opens, select “Change status.”
• Choose the desired status. If applicable, tick the box “Add a note” and enter any relevant text.
• Select “Continue.” Then, choose “Change status for [number] records” to confirm the status update.
