Note that AI tools can make errors and potentially alter or delete data in ways that are difficult or impossible to notice or reverse. As such, you should use any AI tools with caution, as you do so at your own risk.
LACRM doesn’t currently have any built-in AI, or any direct integrations with AI tools. For now, there are three options for using AI with LACRM:
Using AppConnect
- AppConnect is a third party tool that can be used to link LACRM with an AI assistant.
- Once linked, your AI assistant can read and write directly to your account to do things like update records, save notes, or pull reports.

Using a third party MCP server
- There is an MCP server built by a third party that connects with LACRM.
- This is a more technical option and requires some installation work. Once connected, you can use your AI assistant of choice with LACRM.
- Please note: this was not built by LACRM; we have not vetted this tool’s code and cannot give details regarding its behavior. Use this MCP server at your own risk.

Using Zapier
- Zapier is a third party connector tool that can be used to integrate LACRM with different AI tools. Learn more about our integration with Zapier here.
- This is a more limited option; structurally, this will work by creating a zap with an action and a trigger. Each zap must be created ahead of time, and pricing for Zapier is based on the number of zaps and tasks.
