Here at LACRM, we’re reflecting on 2024 and looking forward to 2025. We have a lot to be grateful for this year, including our wonderful customers! Read on for a rundown of LACRM's 2024!
First of all, we are so excited to welcome a new CRM Coach, Lauren, to the team
Lauren joined LACRM in November and we're so excited that she's here! You may have already corresponded with Lauren via email and you'll get to chat with her on the phone and in demos when she's fully trained. We know that customers will enjoy working with Lauren just as much as her colleagues do :). Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her sweet dog Lulu, pictured above, and with her friends. In her free time, she enjoys kickboxing, as well as playing tennis and volleyball. She also likes to photograph her travels. We're so lucky to have her on the CRM coaching team!
2024 was full of a lot of exciting personal developments for LACRM employees
- 💍Multiple LACRM employees got married this year💞
- 🐶New and adorable pets were added to LACRM employee families🐱
- 📚Some LACRM employees continued their education by starting new graduate programs👩💻
- ✈️Employees travelled the country and world🌎
- 🏡New homes were purchased and new apartments were rented🏢
- 🎨Team members published new creative works and acted in plays🎭
Our developers also had a busy and productive year creating brand new features - the majority of these features were originally suggested to us by customers
- Our developers created a total of 15 new bulk actions. So now, on both the contacts page and the pipeline reports page, you can add notes, groups, pipelines, tasks, and more in bulk. Take a look at our article on contact page bulk actions and pipeline page bulk actions to learn about all 15 of these new options. If you haven’t tried using bulk actions yet, they are a major time saver.
- Our developers also released a much requested feature: notes formatting! You can now bold your notes, make numbered lists, highlight, and more! You can also use markdown editing with this feature. Learn more here and make your notes more organized and aesthetically pleasing.
- Fields in the CRM got a lot more beautiful and customizable in 2024 with color-coded checkbox and dropdown options. If you haven’t looked at your custom fields in a while, I’d recommend adding some color to make important information stand out! You can learn more here.
- You can also now customize where pipeline field information shows up on pipeline badges as well as on pipeline reports. This feature really helps important information stand out on your pipelines. Take a look here.
- We also released a new feature that makes it easy to copy company data onto a contact. Now, entering in a contact who works at the same company is much more efficient because you can easily add the company address, phone number, and email to their record in just a click. See it in action here.
- Our developers made more improvements to our API - if you have programming skills, check out the new features they added to our API this year.
- There are also two features that are being beta tested right now: email logging and forms. These features will technically show up on our 2025 list but if you are interested be sure to let us know if you want to beta test forms or auto email logging.
- Our developers added a new custom field type: radio list buttons! Learn more here.
- It is now possible to transfer files from one contact to another. Take a look!
- Many other smaller projects launched including making various instructions within the CRM clearer, improving the way collapsed pipeline items appear, and making improvements to the user settings page. So many other small polishes are always happening in the background.
- 5 amazing coding fellows joined us for a summer - each of them worked hard on a special coding project that they presented to the company and other guests at the end of the summer. Watching the fellows present their projects is always a highlight of the year.
Overall, developers made 1,493 updates to the CRM in 2024!
That amounts to 364 project cards. Project cards are the smaller components that make up larger features. Many smaller projects cards make up the larger features you see above! And looking at our plans for 2025, next year may be an even more exciting year 👀.
CRM coaches spoke with many customers this year
- CRM coaches sent 23,950 emails to customers
- Received 6,610 calls from customers
- And spent 1,324 hours on screen-sharing calls with customers in 2024
- 1,324 hours translates to about 55 full days of booked calls
Every year, CRM coaches have two days off as a team where the rest of the company takes over customer support duties. It’s always great to relax and spend time together as a team. This year, we spent a relaxing day at a lake and then made some pottery. We also had a lovely day making our own candles and exploring picturesque downtown St. Charles, Missouri.

LACRM employees got creative this year
2024 was a year full of fun arts projects at LACRM. CRM coach Elle plans great events for the team and some of the most popular events are crafting nights.
In addition to the CRM coaches painting pottery and making our own candles, we also painted the Aurora Borealis (or attempted to in my case) and carved pumpkins during company events.
Our team also pursues creative projects outside of the office. We have writers, artists, actors, aerialists, and more on the team. One of my personal favorite things about working at LACRM is getting to work with so many creative, interesting people. And to see the incredible things they create.
