Meet Grady:
Hi, I'm Grady! I recently graduated from Webster University, where I studied Cultural Anthropology and Spanish. I'm excited to be a CRM Coach because I enjoy helping people solve problems and I want to work with small businesses.
Hometown: Kirkwood, MO
Hobbies and Interests: Seeing movies, swimming, reading, drawing, poking around outside with my cat, hanging out with all my St. Louis relatives
Favorite Food: Warm, fresh bread with salted butter. Or salmon nigiri. Or chocolate chip cookies.
Aspirations: My ongoing goal is to build my outdoorsy skills! I hope to hike more and get some experience climbing and kayaking. Scuba diving has also been a longtime dream.
Weird Fact: When I was a kid, I read my grandma's old copy of Dr. Spock's Baby and Child Care. I've loved reading parenting advice ever since. It's fascinating!
Grady on the Job
This is my first week here and I'll be in training for a few months, but I've already started answering my first emails. If you contact us, I might be the one who answers your question!
What’s your favorite thing about working at LACRM?
I'm still starting out, but so far the best thing has been meeting everyone and starting to get to know the team. Everyone who works here has been so welcoming and I'm looking forward to working/eating/spending time with them all. The culture here is so supportive and low-pressure at every level, and it makes for such a nice work atmosphere.
What are you most looking forward to?
I'm looking forward to getting to a level where I really know all of the ins and outs of the CRM. I love talking to people, so I'm most excited for getting settled and reaching a point where I feel confident just helping the users however they need. Specifically, I'm excited for when I'll be able to do demos and really walk people through how to customize the software.
At Less Annoying CRM, every CRM Coach has a second project outside of customer support. What are you interested in working on?
Right now there are a few things that interest me and I'll be exploring my options as time goes on. I'm planning on starting out with some blog posts and possibly working on writing and designing some marketing-type stuff for the website. I'd also like to learn more about photography and video production, so maybe I'll branch into that. I was a computer science minor and have some coding experience, so at some point I'd love to get to use those skills on a project here at LACRM.
