Product Update: Board view for your pipelines

For years, one feature request has landed in our inbox more than any other: "Can I see my pipeline as a Kanban board?"

Yes. You can now!

Until now, when you opened a pipeline report (like your Leads report), you saw a list: every contact or company in the pipeline, one per row, with their status off to the right. That works fine, but it makes it hard to see the big picture: how many leads are in each stage, and what needs to move.

Board view shows every status in your pipeline as its own column, side by side. Each contact or company appears as a card in the column matching its current status. Want to move a lead from "Prospect" to "Contacted"? Just drag the card over. No opening the record, no dropdown menus.

A few things worth knowing:

Each column shows a count at the top, so you can see at a glance how many leads are sitting in each stage. And if you highlight one of your currency fields in Board view, each column will also show a running total, so you can see not just how many deals are in each stage, but how much they're worth.

Closed statuses (like "Sale Won" and "Sale Lost") sit at the bottom of the screen. Drag a card down there when a deal wraps up. All your existing filters and sorting work in Board view just like they do in the list. And nothing is going away: you can flip between Board view and List view anytime.
