Hello! We're Julia and Julia, and we've just joined the Customer Service Team here at Less Annoying CRM. After having both spent the spring semester studying abroad in France, we're excited to be back in St. Louis this summer! Though we’ll miss the pastries and accents, our internship at LACRM was worth coming back for.
This week, we started learning all about the company's history and mission, the ins and outs of the software itself, and getting to know the team. In order to become familiar with downtown St. Louis, we were sent on a scavenger hunt. We visited Citygarden and had a great view of the Arch from the steps of the Old Courthouse. We spent one-on-one time with many members of the team, taking walks around beautiful downtown or playing Mario Kart.
At the end of our first week, we’ve already started answering contact forms and emails, which is super exciting. If you haven’t talked to us already, please shoot us an email or give us a call! We love feedback about our product and the company. When we’re not talking to customers, we’re working on individual, self-directed projects involving blogging, social media, and more.
All in all, LACRM has been a great place to work because of the awesome team, our enthusiastic customers, and the freedom we have with creating our own work projects. We are both excited to learn more about the company and product as the summer progresses and hang out with the team. We already have nicknames!
