Product Update: Email Logging

Use our brand new, automatic email logging tool!

If you’ve given our original email logging tool a whirl, you’ll know that it’s on the manual side. It’s the feature I find customers get the most confused by—over the years, we’ve heard from a lot of customers who find it to be a bit of a hassle.

So with that in mind, our developers created a brand new automatic email logging feature. With this new  tool, after some set up, any emails to and from contacts that already exist in the CRM will log automatically. (Don’t worry—we won’t log any emails to contacts that aren’t in the CRM already automatically. We know you don’t need every single email you send logged to the CRM.)

Setting up this feature is easy. Simply navigate to email settings page to get started. Choose the button that says "log all your emails automatically" and then choose your email provider, as shown in the screenshot below. Follow a few quick steps and you're all set!
