Product Update: Form Paragraph Text

You can now include stand-alone text in your forms!

It is now possible to create stand-alone paragraphs in your forms. Previously, you’ve been able to include text as long as it was connected to a field. Now, you can have text boxes that share information with your contacts that aren't connected to any particular form field that someone needs to fill out.

This option is great for creating a terms of service agreement. Simply create paragraphs in your form with the text of your agreement. Then, create a signature field for the bottom of your form. Below, I’ve included an example of how paragraph text looks on an example terms of service form.

If you’d like to add your own stand-alone text to your form, navigate to your form settings, add a new field to your form, and choose “a field type not in your CRM.” Then choose “Paragraph text” as shown in the screenshot below:
