Note: we’re in the process of making some changes to improve the CRM. If you don't see this feature on your CRM yet and would like to turn it on, contact us!
If you've ever found yourself building the same filters over and over (every morning, every week, every time you open your contact list) you know the pain. You know exactly which slice of your CRM you want to look at, but you have to rebuild it from scratch every single time.
Not anymore. Saved views let you take any combination of filters and sorting, give it a name, and pin it as a tab at the top of your contact list or pipeline report. One click brings it back. Set it up once, use it forever.
A few examples of what you could do:
"St. Louis leads interested in Product X": filter a pipeline down to all of your leads in St. Louis who are looking for a particular product, and check in on that exact slice anytime.
"Everyone turning 65": a favorite among insurance agents. Stack a couple of filters to show everyone turning 65 this year. The view updates itself automatically as time passes. No maintenance required.
"Starred contacts": a view of just the people you've starred, always one tab away.

Really, if there's anything you find yourself filtering for regularly, that's a saved view waiting to happen.
When you create a view, you control its default settings: sort order, assigned user, starred contacts only, and any other filters you want to stack on. On pipelines, you can also pick the view's layout (list or board) and its statuses.
To try it out, click + Add view at the top of any contact list or pipeline report. And if you have any questions, or you're not sure how to build the view you have in mind, reach out to us at help@lessannoyingcrm.com. We're happy to help you set it up.
