In the past, if you had a file you wanted to transfer to another contact or company, it was a bit of a chore. You had to download the original file from the CRM, delete it from that original record, and then re-upload it to the new record.
Not anymore! Now, if you need to transfer a file from one contact or company to another, simply open up your file and use our new transfer option under the action menu. Check out an example in the screenshot below:
