FolioReady

FolioReady collects documents from your clients and reads them. Set out what you need once as a template, point each field at a custom field on the contact, and send the client a link. They verify with a one-time code by email and upload, with no account or password. FolioReady's AI reads each file and extracts the values you asked for.

Connect with an API key from Settings → Programmer API, with no OAuth. FolioReady searches and imports your contacts as clients, matched on their CRM id and then on email, so nobody is duplicated. When a client completes a request, three things land on the contact: the extracted values on its custom fields, a note with each document's AI summary, and the document itself attached to the record. Each of the three can be switched off.
