Well, it's been another strange year to say the least. Less Annoying CRM's 2021 was full of changes, as we're sure everyone's was! Here's how it went:
This year, we welcomed two new team members: Mitchell, our newest software developer, and Tori, our first ever product designer. The two of them have been building and designing many of the new tools and tweaks that you've been seeing in LACRM throughout the year.
As we continue to grow our team and our product, we're excited to now be serving over 25,400 users of Less Annoying CRM.
Small businesses, entrepreneurs, and teams continue to make up the majority of Less Annoying CRM's customers, and we cannot be happier to still be working with and supporting users in industries that kept the world moving in 2021.
As always, our team of CRM Coaches and developers have been hard at work.
In 2021, we released 450+ new product updates. Some of these key updates include:
- New and improved architecture for our software backend (which is how we got the new task report!),
- A brand new Mailchimp sync that supports syncing with Mailchimp tags, and
- More flexibility with user permissions on multi-user accounts
As we roll into the new year, we're so excited to see what the future has in store for not only us, but for the small businesses that make up Less Annoying CRM's community of users. It's been a challenging time for many industries, and we are grateful and thankful for you and your support. We have a lot more growing to do in 2022 (and a lot of features planned!), and it's hard to put into words just how lucky we feel to be growing alongside the best users in the world (truly).
