Product Roundup: 6 New Features from Cupholder Week!

Nobody buys a car for the cupholders, but you'd definitely miss them if they weren't there. That's the idea behind Cupholder Week: our developers set aside a whole week to build the small features customers kept asking for, the kind that make the CRM nicer to use every day.

All six of the features below came out of that week, and they're ready for you now! Here's a quick summary of each one, and you can click any feature name to learn more about it.

1. 📝 Scratchpad widget: Add a Scratchpad to your Workspace for free-form notes that aren't tied to a contact or company, like a brainstorm for a new project.
2. 🏷️ Customize phone, email, and address types: Admins can add, rename, remove, and reorder the types on these fields, so you can go beyond "Work" and "Home" with labels like labels like “After hours” or “Job site.”
3. ➕ Custom email, phone, address, and website fields: Create extra fields for things like a spouse's phone number or a billing email.
4. 📅 Search events: Find a past or upcoming event by searching its name, location, or description.
5. 🔎 Search tasks: Find a task by searching its name or description, including tasks you've already completed.
6. 🗂️ Filter contact and company history: Choose which activity types show up in a record's history, like hiding logged emails to find a certain task.
