Kallio
Kallio connects your phone system to Less Annoying CRM and logs every call and text message on the contact it belongs to, without anyone typing anything up. It works with Aircall, Dialpad and 3CX, and is built for small teams who want their phone history where their customers already are.
Once it is switched on, each inbound, outbound or missed call becomes a note on the matching contact within a few minutes of hanging up, with its direction, how long it lasted and who on your team took it. Text messages are logged the same way. Kallio matches callers by phone number With Aircall and Dialpad, contacts also stay in step in both directions (not supported with 3CX).
Setup takes a few minutes and needs no technical work: sign in to your phone system, sign in to Less Annoying CRM, and switch the integration on. Kallio keeps only the phone number, what happened and when for each call; names and details stay in Less Annoying CRM.

Kallio is priced at $50/month paid monthly, or $500/year paid annually.
