Sync your CRM Calendar with Outlook, and events will pass between the two systems automatically.
Please note that Less Annoying CRM syncs with the online version of your Outlook calendar, so if you are using Outlook calendar installed on your computer, make sure it is syncing with the online version as well. If you're not sure if your installed Outlook calendar is syncing with the online version, just log in to your Outlook account here. If your calendar events are not showing up on that online Outlook calendar, it means your installed Outlook calendar is not syncing with the online version, and you will need to set up that sync first.
