As part of an ongoing project to improve reporting, we just beefed up our group filtering options, and made some other cool improvements.

We launched a dead-simple feature that lets you create links between the contacts in your CRM so that when you're looking at a contact, you can see anyone else that they have a relationship with.

I'm excited to announce that we just launched the next major version of Less Annoying CRM!

For a long time, our users (and prospective users) have been asking us about what kind of support we offer for email marketing or mail campaigns. Finally, we have an answer: MailChimp!

This blog post will go over some of the improvements we have planned. Please note that the dates aren't set in stone, and we won't know for sure what will happen with each of these improvements until we get around to actually working on them.

It's been about a month since our last product update, and we've made a lot of improvements. The most important change is our new "Groups" feature.

As of Monday night, Less Annoying Software is officially live. What that means is that our software (the CRM I talked about earlier) is both stable enough and complete enough to be ready for real customers.

I realize that I haven't really talked about what Less Annoying Software will look like, so I'm going to spend this post briefly going over what we're working on.
